Strawberry-Papaya Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1 cup apple juice
  1/2 cup papaya, cut into chunks
  4 large, ripe strawberries
  1/2 cup crushed ice
 
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
