This is a wonderful topping for potatoes, or as a dip for crackers and raw vegetables.
Diet Types: Dairy Free, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 1 10.5 oz. package silken Soft tofu
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh Thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until satin smooth. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Will keep up to 2 weeks.
