  • DigoxinDigoxin: Secondary sources report that khella may decrease the toxicity of the cardiac glycoside digoxin due to the coronary vasodilator and antiarrhythmic effects of khella.

  • AntispasmoticsAntispasmotics: According to secondary sources, khella may have beneficial effects when combined with other respiratory antispasmodics, such as skunk cabbage, lobelia, thyme.
